Validity
All prices quoted are on a net basis and in United States Dollars and valid according to the date specified on each programs, except peak period from 20 December to 05 January and Chinese New Year days.
The prices or rates quoted are subject to change in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation, with or without prior notice.

All reservation requests, accompanied with Booking confirmation and Receipt will be confirmed within 24 hours via registered facsimile or e-mail.
When the immediate confirmation is not possible, booking status will be advised with suggestion for alternative.

Payment
Unless credit facility or specific terms and agreement has been made in advance, full prepayment for the service required should be prepaid via our online payment system, or by telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Viet Unique Travel bank account:

Any bank service charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Viet Unique Travel will be borne by the payee. If payment is settled by credit cards, an additional 3% will be added on to our tariff rates (Visa Card and Master Card are accepted).

Bank draft should be noticed to us by fax or e-mail prior to client's arrival for our reference.

Refund and Cancellation
All cancellation is effective only in writing received through e-mail. If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Charges for cancellation of bookings are not levied by Viet Unique Travel but if hotels, carriers and other suppliers and can be summarized as follows:

Cancellation at 30 days before trip commencement: full refund after deducting the bank charge (approx. 3%)
Cancellation at 29 - 15 days before the trip commencement: 70% refunded
Cancellation at 14 - 7 days before the trip commencement: 50% will be refunded
Cancellation less than 7 days before the trip commencement: no refund

The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase.

Cancellation policy can be also advised when we send you the confirmation. In some certain cases, it may differ from each other.

For partial service (hotel booking only, transfer service...), cancellation policy will be advised case by case.

Child rate
Most hotels allow up to 2 children under age 05 to share the same room with existing facilities at no additional cost. Child from age of 06 to 12 is normally charged for breakfast. If an extra bed is required, price for a Triple room will have to be paid. Unfortunately, some hotels limit number of children to only one. In such case you will be advised prior to confirmation.
For tour package, special rates for children will be advised to you upon cases.
Hotel, Guide and Vehicle used for tour

Hotel:
All hotels in the program are conveniently located in the city so that when you are free from tour, you can start exploring the real city on your own.
Hotels tend to place their bedrooms within three different categories: Standard, Superior, Deluxe. The actual difference between the bedrooms varies from one hotel to another.
Some hotels offer same rate for their lowest categories and these kind of room is called Run Of House (R.O.H) in our package.

Tour guide:
All tours will be provided with qualified English speaking guides. Other foreign language-speaking guide can be arranged on request with surcharge. In your booking form, if you do not request exactly what language the guide to speak, it is understood that English speaking guide to be provided.

Vehicles
We uses all air-conditioned vehicles operated by experienced and skillful drivers during your tour:
Group from 01 persons: 04 seat car
Group from 02 - 03 persons: 04 or 07 seat car
Group from 04 – 07 persons: 16 seat van
Group from 08 – 15 persons: 29 seat coach
Group from 15 persons up: 35 seat coach

In the more adventurous tours, four-wheel drive vehicles will be used.

Domestic air fares quoted are based on economy class. Business class can be arranged on request with surcharge.

Liability and insurance
Insurance is not included in the tour cost. Passengers are strongly advised to have full travel insurance by their own before leaving their country. Being a local handler, Viet Unique Travel will follows your every steps and assist you to insure yourself comprehensively for the full tour duration. Should there be any affects to the schedule of itinerary caused by airlines and / or local condition, Viet Unique Travel will substitute for a suitable arrangement of similar value.

Nevertheless, we are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by clients, including those occurring outside the tour program. The clients must cover additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest.
