Ha Long Bay is located in the northeastern part of Vietnam. In a not very large area, thousands of islands with differentforms look like glittering emeralds attached to the blue scarf of a virgin. The area where many stone islands concentrate has spectacular scenes and world-famous caves is the center of Ha Long Bay Natural Heritage. They are the result of many times of rising and lowering processes of the continent to form a karst. The process of nearly full erosion and weathering of the karst created the unique Ha Long Bay in the world
Arrive Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). Greet at airport & transfer to hotel.
City tour in the afternoon: We first visit to the former Presidential Palace, was originally built in 1865 as a French Governor General of Indochina. The building once is the symbol of the South Vietnamese government.
Continue to to go into the classic Post office recalls European railway stations, particularly in the vaulted and glazed interior. Its "modern" skylight also recalls European buildings of the later nineteenth century (like Paris' Les Halles or Milan's Galleria).
Opposite to this site is the Catholic Church called Notre Dame De Paris. Having a look and taking the picture here. Notre Dame Cathedral has a neo-Romanesque form and two 40m-high square towers, tipped with iron spires, that dominate the city's skyline
Evening welcome dinner cruise on Saigon River.
After dinner, orientation tour by coach to see what lively HCMC offers in the night time then return to hotel for overnight
Depart to visit My Tho (approximately 2 hours driving from HCMC) – a busy hub of Mekong delta.
Upon arrival at local pier, board local motorized boat on the Mekong river to visit a coconut candy workshop, a famous local specialty. You will see the candy production right in this place with the explanation of local guides.
Take a short horse ride to a local house, meet and talk with people, observe local daily life, visit their bee farm & sample honey-tea. You will continue to take small rowing boat on canals to visit another local house with their orchard, enjoying the traditional music. Walking through fruit orchard to see and taste different kinds of fruit before returning to the pier.
Lunch is provided at a local garden restaurant. After lunch, drive back to HCMC.
Arrive city at around 16:30. Stop at city centre for free shopping at Ben Thanh market, one of the best places to pick up a "conical hat" or "ao dai". The market and surrounding streets makes up the city' liveliest areas.

Meet at Da Nang airport, transfer to Hoi An.

AM: Meet at your place and start the city tour with visit to the area of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, including: Ho Chi Minh’s Former residence, Ba Dinh Square where Ho Chi Minh declared the independence of the Vietnam Democratic Republic in 1945, One Pillar Pagoda – one of the oldest architectures dated back from 11th century.
10:00 We continue to visit the Temple of Literature - the first University in Vietnam.
Lunch at restaurant.
After lunch, transfer to Halong through the beautiful countryside of the Red River Delta.
17:30 Arrive hotel in Ha Long. Check in hotel
18:30 Transfer to a nice restaurant in the town for dinner. After dinner, transfer back to hotel for overnight
AM: transfer to Ha Long boat station, embark your private boat and start for 04 hours cruising on the Ha Long bay. You will be marveled by thousands of caves and islets. Boat will stop at Thien Cung cave, considered as one of the most beautiful sightseeing places of Halong Bay. Visiting the caves, you will have chance to admire sparkling stalactites and stalagmites well as to view the whole panorama of Halong Bay from above.
Fresh seafood lunch is provided on board the boat.
12:00 Cruise back to the station where your car standby to drive back to Hanoi. On the way, you may like to stop for refreshment at a craft center run to raise money for the handicapped people.
16:30 Arrive your hotel in Hanoi. Visit the Hanoi Old Quarter, enjoy shopping in the Old Quarter.
18:30 Transfer for dinner at restaurant. After dinner, return to hotel for overnight.
